Revelation Studio has served couples across the Ottawa-Gatineau region for over six years.
We approach every wedding with multi-camera ceremony coverage, ensuring no single moment is a single point of failure. Video is captured in HD with dedicated audio recording separate from the camera body — because the words exchanged during vows deserve the same quality of treatment as the visuals. Natural light is our first instrument; supplemental lighting is our backup. We walk every venue in advance to understand how light behaves at your specific ceremony time.
Our job is to guide the moments that need direction and disappear completely during the ones that don't. The result is a gallery and film that feel genuine, because they are.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 8 to 12 months before your wedding date. Popular dates, especially in summer and fall, fill up quickly, and we can only take on a limited number of weddings each year to make sure every couple gets our full attention. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. We'll always let you know what's available.
Do you travel for weddings outside Ottawa?
Absolutely. We've photographed and filmed weddings across Ontario and the Gatineau region, and we love the adventure of a destination wedding. Travel fees vary depending on location, and for weddings requiring overnight stays, accommodations are covered as part of the arrangement. Get in touch with your date and venue and we'll put together a custom quote.
How long until we receive our photos and videos?
Photos and videos are guaranteed within 2 weeks of your wedding day, or you get your money back.
Can we customize a package?
Yes — and we encourage it. Every wedding is different, and our packages are built to flex around your needs. Whether you want to add a second shooter, combine photo and video, or include engagement session coverage, we're happy to build something that fits. Just let us know what you're envisioning.
What happens if it rains on our outdoor wedding?
Honestly? Some of our favourite images have come from rainy days. We come prepared for any weather and know how to work with it rather than against it. We'll stay in close communication with you in the lead-up to the day, and if your venue has contingency plans, we'll coordinate with them. Whatever the forecast, our job is to make sure the day looks beautiful.
